Celebrity chefs Jean-Christophe Novelli and Eric Lanlard to headline Taste of Dubai
I've only ever been to Taste of Dubai twice. Its expensive for me. Not only do you have to pay an entrance fee but you have to pay to taste some of the food around. And that is not cheap for the tiny morsels you get. What I do like is the opportunity to see some of my food heroes live, especially in the Chef's Theatre.
This year, according to the event PR, award winning master patissier and international baking star, Eric Lanlard, as well as Michelin award winning French super-chef, Jean-Christophe Novelli are headlining the event. Visitors can expect demonstrations, exclusive tips and a host of information about the origins of ingredients from the headline chefs visiting the show.
New Restaurants that signed up to be a part of the food extravaganza this year include Almaz by Momo, Café Habana, Emporio Armani Caffe, Magnolia Bakery, The Act, Burj Al Hammam, St.Tropez Bistro and Ewaan, along with old favorites like Rivington Grill, Gaucho, Asado and Thiptara.
